Job title: Consultant
Andrew worked for over two years as a consultant at Tribal Consulting. During this time, he worked on projects involving:
- ■ data analysis;
- ■ forecasting the impact of the abolition of the priority need test;
- ■ housing policy and research, and;
- ■ policy development and evaluation.
Andrew carried out work on behalf of a number of local authorities, the Scottish Executive, Communities Scotland and Shelter Scotland. His assignments included housing needs studies, homelessness studies, Pressured Area Status applications and leading the development of Glasgow City Council’s Housing Options website.
At the same time, Andrew was a member of the Homelessness Statistics Users Group, chaired by the Scottish Executive. He was also a member of the HL1 Working Group set up to oversee the new HL1 data collection.
